Boomers did cool things in the 60s, sure, but by the 80s most of them had sold out on those ideals.
Each generation judges the behavior of its predecessors and makes adjustments accordingly. Gen Z may not be perfect, they have their faults and struggles — but that doesn’t invalidate their critique. The future is theirs to dream and build. There’s plenty of good boomers who know that and work to improve their lot, rather than scolding and bloviating. Some are even commenting on this thread.
